How do I book an appointment? *needs revising!!!!!*
We built our own booking app, The Car Spa, powered by Detail Bookie.
Scan the QR code at our location, install the web app directly on your phone in seconds, and you have everything you need at your fingertips, now and for every visit after.
- Your vehicle lives in your garage:
- The app saves your vehicle details, so next time you book, your car is already there. No re-entering your make, model, or type. One tap and you are booking.
- Estimates built in:
- Services that require an estimate before booking, such as the Concours Ritual or oversized vehicles, are clearly indicated in the app. You can request your estimate directly through it.
- Choose your service, date, and time:
- Browse available slots, pick what works for you, and confirm your appointment instantly.
- Install in seconds:
- Scan the QR code at our shop or from our website. No app store required. It installs as a web app directly on your home screen.
How do walk-ins vs. appointments work?
We welcome both walk-in clients and scheduled appointments for wash services. Here is what to expect:
Walk-In Clients for Wash Services ONLY:
Our Full Service Wash and Interior Refresh services are available on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Saturday is by appointment only.
We are closed on Sundays.
We recommend calling ahead during busy periods to check availability.
All detail and protection services REQUIRE a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT:
This applies to all Detailing, Ceramic Coating, Wax, and Interior Renewal services.
These are multi-hour treatments performed by dedicated technicians, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your vehicle.
How do estimates work? *needs work*

Estimates are complimentary and can be scheduled in person or by sending photos of your vehicle in advance. We will always confirm the full price before any work begins. There are no surprises.
What should I expect when I arrive?
For wash walk-ins:
Pull up to our bay and a team member will greet you, assess your vehicle, and confirm the service and price before we begin.
For booked appointments:
Arrive at your scheduled time. Your technician will be ready and your service confirmed. Hand us the keys and we take it from there.
For estimates:
Our team will assess your vehicle thoroughly and walk you through the recommended service and full pricing. There is no obligation to book.
How long will my vehicle be with you?
The Full Service Wash takes approximately 90 minutes. The Essential Ritual takes 120 to 180 minutes. The Signature Ritual takes approximately 5 hours. The Concours Ritual is 2 to 3 days. We will confirm the specific duration when you book.
Can I wait on-site during the service?
Absolutely. Our deluxe client lounge is open to all clients with complimentary coffee and tea, or you can sit outside and enjoy the Miami sunshine. Alternatively, since every service comes with a clear time estimate, many clients prefer to drop their keys and make the most of the time. Miami Beach is right there, whether that means yoga, the gym, Padel, or a stroll around the shops. Come back to a freshly treated vehicle waiting for you. For longer treatments like the Signature or Concours Ritual, we recommend arranging onward transport as your vehicle will not be accessible for the full duration.
Is parking available?
Yes. Our facility at 1801 Bay Road has on-site parking.
Do you have a referral or loyalty program?
Our Membership program offers preferred pricing and priority booking for regular wash clients. Ask our team about becoming a member when you visit or contact us for details.
While you wait, or while you live your life.
You are welcome to stay while your vehicle is being taken care of.
Our deluxe client lounge is designed to make the wait genuinely comfortable. Complimentary coffee and tea are always available, and if you would rather soak up the Miami sunshine, our outdoor seating area is right there for you.
Or, since we give you a clear service duration when you book, you can simply drop your keys and go.
Miami Beach is right outside. Hit your yoga class, get a workout in, play a round of Padel, or browse the shops on Lincoln Road.
You know exactly how long your service takes, so you can plan your time and come back to a freshly treated vehicle waiting for you.

The Car Spa is located in Miami Beach and serves clients from Miami Beach, Miami, Fisher Island, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Indian Creek, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Brickell, Edgewater, Coconut Grove, North Miami, Morningside, and the surrounding South Florida communities.
We are conveniently located at 1801 Bay Road, historically known as the building that once housed the Bee Gees' recording studio, easily accessible from all areas of Miami Beach and the surrounding communities.
